We hope you love your Rejuven8 Products delivery – that’s why we’ve made shipping as easy as possible. All of our shipping is tracked – you will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been packed. Unless you have requested to collect the product from the clinic, in this case no shipping costs will be charged and you will be emailed to confirm your order is ready to collect. We ship ONLY UK .

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In using our Services you are deemed to have read and agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions contained hereunder. All terms contained under the heading ‘General Terms and Conditions’ shall be read as though they are included also within the Course Terms and Conditions.
DEFINITIONS
The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice: Delegate, Customer, You and Your means you, the person accessing our website and accepting these Terms and Conditions. We, Us, Ourselves means Rejuven8 Training LTD.
Parties means both us and you unless the context requires otherwise.
Terms and Conditions means all Terms and Conditions including those relating to courses and the general Terms and Conditions.

which will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning you and your records may be passed to third parties.
We cannot provide our Services effectively without collecting and processing information about you. We collect data about delegates for various administrative, academic and health and safety reasons. On filling out the application form and accepting these Terms you will be deemed to have agreed to us processing the personal data you give in the application or booking form in accordance with the Data Protection Act/GDPR. The data will be used for any purpose connected with your studies, health and safety whilst on the training premises, or for any legitimate reason. However, we treat your records as confidential and we will not:
• Share your confidential records with any third party other than professional bodies such as the General Medical Council if legally required to do so;
• Sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party; or
• Use your email address for unsolicited mail.
You have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all of your records by giving us reasonable notice of such a request. Where appropriate we shall issue you with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract for the benefit of both parties. You are requested to retain copies of any materials issued to you in relation to the provision of our Services.

Eligibility Requirements: Aesthetic Treatments:
1. HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound)
o Qualification Required: Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
o Note: This is a non-invasive treatment that uses ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen production.
2. Electrolysis Hair Removal
o Qualification Required: Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
o Note: Electrolysis is a method of permanent hair removal that uses electrical currents.
3. Laser Hair Removal
o Qualification Required: Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
o Note: This procedure uses laser technology to remove unwanted hair.
4. HydraFacial
o Qualification Required: Level 3 or qualified medical staff in Beauty Therapy.
o Note: A facial treatment that cleanses, exfoliates, and hydrates the skin.
5. Microneedling
o Qualification Required: Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
o Note: A treatment that involves tiny needles to stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture.
o Proof of Qualifications: You must provide proof of your medical or health-related qualifications before booking a course.
7. PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
o Qualification Required: Nurse, Dentist, Doctor, Physician Associate, or Pharmacist.

2. Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment Process: please email Training@dermaskills.co.uk. To register for training, you must complete the online registration form emailed to you. The form requires you to provide evidence of relevant qualifications and experience.
1.2. Upon submission of the completed registration form and the necessary supporting documentation, you will receive an email confirming your registration.
1.3. The email confirmation will include important details about the training, including the scheduled dates, times, and any specific requirements you must meet in preparation for the training session.
1.4. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in a delay or cancellation of your training session.
Fees and Payment Terms:
2.1. Total Cost: The total cost for the training program is emailed to you , which includes all relevant materials, assessments, and certification, unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Payment Deadlines: Full payment is required by the date in the email, unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to make payment by the specified deadline may result in the postponement or cancellation of your training registration.
3. Student Responsibilities
• Attendance: You will be expected to turn up punctually for the course, as provided by your tutor. Any medical conditions should be discussed prior to the course and noted on your booking form. You should be prepared to give and receive treatments throughout the course to complete and be deemed competent.
Punctuality is essential with all learners to arrive for 9.15am for a 9.30am start and training to finish at approximately 4..30pm. Allow adequate time to travel to the training centre. Lateness is very disruptive for other students and may mean you miss fundamental aspects of the training. You will be refused entry if you arrive late for training. There is a transfer fee of £50 per training date to reschedule your training if you arrive late. Please do not break from the training unless instructed to do so by the tutor. A lunch break is provided along with short refreshment breaks throughout the day, timed as is appropriate for the course. Taking excessive or unauthorised breaks may mean you miss vital training that impedes your success on the course. Students are advised to remain in the centre during agreed breaks (please bring cold food). Should you leave the centre and return late from break(s), you may be refused entry and be unable to complete your course
• Use of mobile phones is prohibited during training and should be turned off outside of agreed breaks.
• No use of e-cigarettes/vaporisers, smoking or chewing of gum within the training centre.
• Students must not consume or be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at any time during attendance of the training or assessment day(s). You may be asked to leave the centre where we have reason to suspect such influence, and the police may be contacted if appropriate.
• Some Training course models will be provided for the purpose of education. This will be be advised in your booking form
• Named Student Booked training is non-transferable to an alternative student. Please ensure the booking is made giving the correct name of the person attending the course at the time of making payment. Amendments to this will be chargeable at £50 per course date/person, where possible for a change to be accommodated and a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the course date is required, in writing.
• Minimum Student Age We accept all students aged 18 years or over for our face to face training courses. Please note most insurers will only provide public liability (beauty therapist) insurance for working with the general public to those aged 18 or over
• Medical Conditions or Disabilities:
Please state any students with medical conditions or disabilities should notify the institution on the form provided and what accommodations (if any) will be made.
Student Responsibility for Providing a Model
• . Provision of a Model: For most courses, students are required to provide a model for the practical elements of the training. If, for any reason, a student is unable to serve as a model (due to medical conditions, personal preferences, or any other circumstances), it is their responsibility to arrange for a suitable model who meets the course's specific requirements.
• If a student is unable or unwilling to be a model for their classmates, they have the option to bring a suitable model to the course. It is important to note that Dermaskilss Training does not provide models for students, and it is the student’s responsibility to ensure their model meets the specific course requirements, and it is the student’s responsibility to ensure their model meets the specific course requirements
• Specific treatment areas cannot be guaranteed as this is based on clinical indications presented on the day.

• Model Eligibility: The model provided by the student must be available for the full duration of the practical sessions and must adhere to any guidelines or restrictions set forth for the course. The model must also meet any health and safety standards as outlined by the training provider.
• Failure to Provide a Suitable Model: If the student fails to bring a suitable model, this may affect their ability to fully participate in the practical components of the course. In such cases, the student may not be able to complete the practical requirements of the course, which could affect the overall completion of the training program.
Cancellation / Refunds Policy:
• Please note cancellation charges apply. Upon booking, 50% of the course fee is immediately non-refundable. Bookings which are cancelled less than 1 month prior to the course are 100% non-refundable.
• We require at least 1 months written notice to make any changes to your course booking or training dates. We are not able to reschedule or move any training course bookings that fall within 1 month of the course date.
• Rebooking/ transferring your course date:
• If we have to cancel any course due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, we will offer the opportunity to reschedule your training course booking to a later date. In such circumstances, any requests to cancel a course booking would be covered under our usual cancellation terms.
• We reserve the right to amend or cancel any training date or location. Should this be necessary our staff will contact delegates immediately and arrange an alternative date.
• We reserve the right to cancel course bookings or withdraw delegates from the course that we feel to be disruptive, defamatory or impeding of our courses.
• Payment is required at the time of booking. – We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
• Please be aware that only 1 discount code can be used per booking.
• A certificate of completion of the course will be issued upon completion.

• If a course or practical session date is cancelled by dermaskills Training, no refund is given however an alternative date will be offered.

• We do not accept any liability for the cost of any travel expenses or hotel/accommodation costs incurred by delegates to attend our courses.
PRACTICAL SESSIONS
• Dermaskilss reserves the right to determine class sizes and venues at short notice, or cancel a course due to insufficient delegates at 48 hours’ notice. Alternative courses will be held if this occurs, no refund is given. Delegates cannot choose which trainer they wish to have.
• .Food will be provided by the company, please make us aware of any special dietary needs a week prior to the course so we can fulfil your requirements.
• Please be aware that any delegates arriving late to the course may not be able to participate in the course or certified.
Photography:
• We ask delegates not to take any photographs or videos during any of our training courses. Before and After photographs that are taken for the purposes of your training portfolio remain the property of Dermaskills and are only for use as part of your training record. These images are not available for delegates to use in their own professional portfolios or on their social media/web pages.
• Dermaskills Training may take photos on the training day for use on our website, social media pages and marketing activities. All delegates will be asked to opt-in when completing the course registration at the beginning of the day. If you do not wish to be included in any course photos, please notify the coordinator on the day and step away from any photographs being taken. In line with legislation, you have the right to change your mind at any time and request we remove any photograph with you in from our website or social media accounts. If you have any concerns or would like us to remove a photo of you, please contact training@Dermaskills.co.uk

4. Course Materials
• Provision of Materials: all course manual will be provided on the day of training .
• Copyright and Usage: Explain any restrictions on the use, reproduction, or distribution of course materials (e.g., lectures, recordings, or documents).
5. Certification
• Certification Requirements: On completion of the course all certificates will be emailed to you directly or given on the day.

• Liability Waiver: Students and models will be required to sign a waiver may be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that the institution is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur during training sessions.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Personal data may also be used for administrative purposes such as issuing certificates, confirming payments, or responding to queries. Only the name and contact number will be provided to suppliers for purchasing goods, in compliance with GDPR regulations. By signing the training form and attending the training, you confirm your agreement to this.
8.3. Data Retention: The institution will retain your personal information on record for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. After this period, personal information will be securely deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required for legal or regulatory purposes.
8.4. Data Protection: The institution is committed to protecting your personal information and will take reasonable steps to safeguard it in accordance with data protection laws, including the UK’s Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Confidential Information: Both during and after the course, the institution may provide proprietary knowledge, materials, or information that is considered confidential. This may include training methods, course content, business plans, strategies, or other confidential information shared during the training.

Student Data Confidentiality: Any personal or sensitive data shared by students during the course, including performance, assessment, or feedback data, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Such data will not be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the student, except where required by law.
Breach of Confidentiality: Any breach of this confidentiality clause may result in the immediate termination of the student’s participation in the course, and may lead to legal action depending on the severity of the breach.
8. Communication

Primary Communication Channels: Communication between the students and the institution will primarily occur via email or phone. Students are expected to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information to ensure effective communication.
. Timely Responses: The institution strives to respond to all student inquiries within 72 hours of receipt. If a response cannot be provided within this time frame, students will be notified of the delay and given an estimated response time.
Course Announcements and Important Updates: All important updates, such as changes to the course schedule, updates to course materials, or other critical information, will be communicated to students via email. Students are responsible for regularly checking their email inbox for such announcements and updates.
Urgent Inquiries: In case of urgent matters, students may contact the institution via phone, and the institution will make reasonable efforts to address urgent issues as quickly as possible during normal business hours.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations
• Course Availability: The institution reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify courses due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

• All manuals have been checked and approved for accreditation . In the case of courses that we teach for other recognised training providers these will be accredited under the other recognised training providers.
• Dermaskils Academy accept no liability for injury or loss to person or property, nor do we hold responsibility for damage caused by you to another person after you have received your training.
• The Aesthetic industry is currently unregulated within the UK. Like many authorised training providers, our curriculum has been assessed and approved by cosmetic indemnity providers who provide recognition & authorisation of indemnity. With this status being held, we can not be held responsible if:
• The guidelines change.
• There are further requirements for future qualification which are not met by Dermaskills training structure.
• All liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised us of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, software, systems and programmes and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages;
• -Any direct or indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings or wasted expenditure) other than [when your booking cannot be fulfilled, following conclusion of a binding contract and in which case we shall be liable only for the fees paid for the booking];
• -Responsibility for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control (this provision does not affect your statutory rights;
• We provide the Services to the best of our ability, however, we do not warrant that the service from the website will be uninterrupted, timely or error free.
Intellectual Property Rights
• Ownership of Course Content: The institution retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, associated with the course content, materials, and any related resources provided during the training program. This includes all written, digital, and audiovisual materials, as well as any supplementary resources developed or distributed by the institution.
• Restrictions on Use: Students and delegates acknowledge that all course materials and resources are provided solely for personal use in connection with the course. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from the course content or materials is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the institution.
• No Transfer of Rights: Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as a transfer of intellectual property rights. All rights to the course content and materials remain with the institution, and students do not acquire any ownership or commercial rights to the materials provided during the course.
• Access to Materials: Students are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the course materials solely for the purpose of completing the training program. This license is limited to the duration of the course and does not extend beyond the course completion date, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Use of Institution’s Branding and Trademarks: Students are prohibited from using the institution's name, logo, or any other trademarks or branding materials for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, or promotional activities, without express prior written consent from the institution.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation or mediation.
• Jurisdiction: If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation or mediation, the parties agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively brought before the courts of England and Wales. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
• International Disputes: For international parties, should a dispute arise, the institution retains the right to initiate legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, regardless of the parties' locations, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

Failure to Provide Acknowledgment: Enrollment will not be considered complete and access to the course will not be granted until the acknowledgment form has been signed and returned (either electronically or physically) by the student.
Record of Agreement: The signed acknowledgment form will be retained by the institution for the purpose of verifying the student’s agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
